Please send me a private e-mail with your preferred username and I
will create an account.

Philosophically, we are as open as ever, but some nasty forum-spamming
robots have figured out hiw to create and activate accounts, so we
switched to manual account creation to protect the work of our
localizers.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
