[Localization] New Glucose string

Dear Localizers,

There is a single new Glucose string, so please complete and commit it
when you have a chance.

I need to look into exactly why I got a "fast-forward" error on
committing sugar.po from Glucose , but please don't worry about that
too much.  The important thing at this point is to get the strings
completed in Pootle.  There is plenty of time for me to sort out the
commit issue and I always try to chase uncommitted strings into git
before a release.
