[Localization] Dutch Etoys translation mistake

Hi,

in the Dutch translation the two meta-phrases "Language-Name" and "Language-Direction" were wrong, too. I fixed them in Pootle (replaced "Taal-Naam" with "Nederlands", fuzzy) but they need to be reviewed and Etoys.po needs to be committed.
