[Localization] Please commit to git pt-PT translations

Eduardo,

Your Poolte userid "HoboPirimate" has lang admin priv on lang-pt, so
you should be able to perform these commits yourself.  Please let me
know if that is not the case.

I'm happy to jump in and assist with the administrivia (given tha
you've done the L10n work) , but I just want to make sure you do, in
fact, see the 'Commit to VCS" option when you are logged in.
