[Localization] Waveplace strings

Hi,

I don't understand this string:

Another problem with the Waveplace strings:
all have a ! at end
In spanish we don't use ! all the time.. I don't understand that..  Maybe, because I'm not nativeenglish speaker (and my english is very basic)
