It is always possible to check directly in the git repo for the desired change.
http://git.sugarlabs.org/sugar/mainline/trees/master/po
looking in fr.po
#: ../extensions/cpsection/power/view.py:86
msgid ""
"Extreme power management (disables wireless radio, increases battery life)"
msgstr ""
"Gestion extrême de l'alimentation (désactive la radio sans fil, prolonge la "
"durée de vie de la batterie)"
So it did not seem that your change had landed.
However, when I went and clicked the "Commit to VCS" button in Poolte,
there was no error, just the "success" message.
Committed file: <em>/var/lib/pootle/translations/glucose/fr/sugar.po</em>
and on checking a second time in git , the change had landed.
#: ../extensions/cpsection/power/view.py:86
msgid ""
"Extreme power management (disables wireless radio, increases battery life)"
msgstr ""
"Gestion extrême de l'alimentation (désactive la radio sans fil, prolonge la "
"batterie)"
and the commits list recorded the commit
http://lists.sugarlabs.org/archive/pootle-commits/2011-September/000632.html
I'm not sure what happened when you tried t ocommit, but all seems well now.
