Dear all,

ANLoc is proud to announce that our FOSS Localisation Manual: Effecting
Change Through Localisation is now available in print edition in three
languages: English, Arabic and French.

The manual is written by Friedel Wolff of Translate.org.za, translated
to Arabic by Khaled Hosny and Ahmed Gharbeia, and translated to French
by Mohomodou Houssouba and Claude Paroz.

You can download the latest digital copy
from: http://www.africanlocalisation.net/foss-localisation-manual , or
you can send a request for printed copies for your organisation, by
