That was just an idea how Sweets might be used to simplify i18n

Do you use http proxy here?
Does `wget http://sweets.sugarlabs.org/sdk/sugar` return valid xml
file?

Yeah, Fedora-16 is too fresh w/ bunch of changes in packages list.
Will fix these issues.
