[Localization] Calling all localizers

Dear Localizers,

Just a reminder that every language on our Pootle server needs more
work, only English is complete and that is only because it is so by
definition.  Even when every string on our Pootle server is complete,
there are upstream strings in your language that are needed to
completely localize an OLPC build.

If you are getting this message, please log onto our Pootle server and
contribute at least one string. It is a long race, but we can complete
it one step at a time.  If you've forgotten your Pootle login or
password, send me a private message and I will help you get back on.
