[Localization] How to make contact with other translators in Pootle?

Hi all,

When reviewing translation suggestions, I have some questions about
some of them, and I think it's better to discuss with their
translators before I modify or reject them. But after looking into
pootle system, it seems that it is not possible to either send
messages or find their email addresses.

So what can I do then?
