I do not think that Pootle offers a bulk commit option (one click per
project).  You could take it up with the developers on the Pootle list (
translate-pootle at lists.sourceforge.net).  In general commit is meant to be
taken very seriously as a step not to be taken lightly and only after a
review of the files.

Bert, sorry about the flurry of commit messages.  I hit all of the Tamil PO
files in quick succession, but due to some error messages, decided to repeat
it again more slowly, then Arun went and did them all again.
