Where can I do "git branch"?

I'm working on http://translate.sugarlabs.org/de/fructose82/review.html.

There's a link 'Zum VCS übertragen' (commit/submit(?) to VCS) that raises 
the error I described. I can't find anything about git-branches on that 
page.
