Bert,

The is a Pootle admin process for selecting the project and adding it to an
existing language, initializing it and then loading the templates.  It is
fairly simple, but you need Pootle admin privs (different from project or
language admin).  As far as I know, Sayamindu and myself have Pootle admin
priv.

Not all projects are created in all languages just at the start.  There has
not been much work in Kannada to date and in fact, that language does not
currently have a language administrator assigned.  If Subbu is willing to
serve as the language admin, I would be willing to grant him that priv, so
that someone can do the commit of the files once completed.  Ther are stil
lsome language set up questions tha should be resolved (number of plural
forms, plural equation, etc.) to make sure hta the language is configured
propeprly.  Those questions are generally answered by a language admin and
the set up is done by a Pootle admin.
