[Localization] Pending commits indications

Hi,

In Pootle, the "Commit to VCS" links appear for all files in Review tab even 
after the file is successfully committed to VCS.

Often, when I search out translation records and make updates, the updates may 
be spread across a bunch of files. When I visit the Review tab to commit the 
changes one by one, I don't get a clue about which files have changes pending 
to be committed to VCS.

How does one track files with pending commits in Pootle?
