[Localization] translation tools for Kreyòl for OLPC/SugarLabs

Hi all,

As for the translation tools usable offline on the XO, OLPC France
tested following applications successfully on the XO, allowing to import
*.po files from the Pootle server, and to edit them locally:

* gtranslator: http://gtranslator.sourceforge.net/
* poedit: http://www.poedit.net/
