Virtaal is not language-specific - if it runs on an XO, its support for
machine translation engines (Google, and now Microsoft) and other
features (e.g. terminology support from open-tran.eu) will allow any
language pairs that those engines support to be used.

Bridging the gap between a Gnome-based Python app and the Sugar XO
environment will not be so easy, though. If anyone knows of any other
examples of Python apps that have been ported from Gnome to Sugar, it
would be helpful to hear about them.
