[Localization] [ANNOUNCE] Etoys files split up

Hello,
The Etoys files have been split up now into smaller PO files (which
would make searching, etc easier), and you can start working on them.
We expect the earlier translations to have been migrated smoothly -
let us know if it does not look like that.
