[Localization] Error on accessing etoys Vietnamese

When I click on the number of words needing attention (or on the project name on my user page), I get:

> An error has occurred. Thank you for your patience.
> 
> Error accessing None, Filesystem sent error: Cannot allocate memory

every time. :(

msgfmt says the file is OK. It looks OK offline. I'm going to run my TM over it and work on it offline meanwhile.
