[Localization] permission to commit OLPC Software

HoboPrimate,

You should be fine now.  Adding the existing language admins to the OLPC
Content and OLPC Software projects within their language is one of the
things I've been reviewing/updating.  I've been going in alphabetical order
and hadn't gotten to PT yet :-s
