[Localization] Malagasian: howto add it to the list of locales?

Thank you for your hint! I did it and the result is an updated "~/i18n" file
with following content:
LANG="mg_MH.utf8"
LANGUAGE="mg_MG.utf8:fr_FR.utf8"
Then, after rebuilding & rerunning with sugar-jhbuild, I have now the additional
Malagasian locale in the Language list. This is a better/more logical situation.
Still, the locale files (mg.po and mg.mo) in the source subdirectory of my local
reposotory remains unchanged (nothing from the sugar-jhbuild server).
