[Localization] Only shows untranslated string

Hi,

There's some suggestion from one of Bahasa Melayu translator about the features in Pootle server. He said that it is lot more easier if there is a button to let the server shows only the untranslated string on the screen. The second idea is to put each segment on the bottom of the screen so that the user can skip to any string that they want. For example google search.
