  A little bit of the issue with the name is that the characters are
not strictly within ASCII but the range covered by Latin-1.  And the
difference is not mere encoding.  So, it may be better to have a fake
country code for now; but since it is a workaround (that may stick,
though^^;) whatever suitable for you is good.
