[Localization] [REMINDER] Please commit your strings

Dear translators and language admins,
According to the roadmap[1], we have now reached the "release
candidate" phase of the Sugar release cycle, which means you should
start committing the files for the projects Glucose and Fructose.
Basic instructions on how to do this are at

If you feel that you are the administrator/sole translator for a
language, and do not see the "commit" link for your files, please let
me know, and I'll give you the relevant privileges.
