[Localization] Scratch L10n

Dear Sugar Labs / OLPC localization community,

Some of you may have noticed that the Scratch project no longer appears on
our Pootle server.  The reason is that our friends at the Scratch project
have established their own Pootle server.  Any strings that you contributed
to the Scratch project when it was hosted at SL / OLPC have been migrated to
their server.

Please do drop by and check on the status of your language(s) on their
server as Scratch remains a favorite application / programming environment
among kids and deployments.

If your language isn't listed on their Pootle server, follow the directions
on the first link above for getting it set up.
