[Localization] [ANNOUNCE] Preparing for XO 1.5 software release : please commit your translations

Hello all,

As you may already know, the first release of the software for XO 1.5
is going to happen very soon. To ensure that your translations are
included in the build, please commit the work you have done in the
project OLPC Software in the translation server
(http://translate.sugarlabs.org/projects/olpc_software/) as soon as
possible.

gives a quick overview on how to commit your translations.
