[Localization] [ANNOUNCE] PO files updated; start of slushy string freeze

Hello,
This is a quick reminder that I have updated the PO files for all
languages for projects Glucose, Fructose, Honey and Etoys. Please
notify me if you find any inconsistencies.

Also, the slushy string freeze for Glucose and Fructose has started,
which means that till September 04, all string changes going into the
Glucose and Fructose modules will be announced on this list. After
September 04, all string changes need to be approved. For a details on
the schedule for Sucrose 0.86, look at
http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/0.86/Roadmap

As yet another reminder to language team administrators, please commit
the files you are translating as soon as a significant chunk of work
is done and you are satisfied that they are up to the mark.
