[Localization] [ANNOUNCE] A new feature in Pootle

It's fantastic!

would be even nicer to be able to commit from there too....

and one more the thing:
regarding errors would be useful to have the option to copy them in order to better analize them or (!!!) to jump at the first....

My apologies: you may also see a "new document" icon. This inidicates
that the PO file is correctly formatted, but needs to be committed.
