[Localization] [ANNOUNCE] Branch for Sucrose 0.84

Hello all,
As a number of modules have been branching for sucrose 0.84 (which is
still under string freeze) - I have created two new projects in
Pootle, Glucose 0.82 and Fructose 0.82. Both the projects are supposed
to be string frozen, and if you want to translate for the 0.84 branch
(which is the current stable edition) - you should work (_and commit_)
in these projects.
Translations for the development version - ie, 0.85, which will
finally become 0.86, should happen in the Fructose and Glucose
projects.
All permissions, etc should have been migrated successfully. Let me
know if you face any issues.
