[Localization] How do I add projects to a language?

Hi!

I've just started to translating Sugar into Swedish and I have one question: How do I add another project to translate? Currently one can only translate the projects "Etoys", "Pootle" & "Scratch" to Swedish, but I'm more interested in translating "Fructose" & "Glucose". How do I add those projects so I can translate them?
