[Localization] Problem with am_ET locale definition in Glibc

Hi Daniel,
Just noticed that the LC_IDENTIFICATION in the am_ET locale data
file[1] defines the following variables as

language   "am"
territory  "ET"


Ideally it should be


language   "Amharic"
territory  "Ethiopia"
