[Localization] [Announce] New strings in sugar

Hello,

It looks like there has been some confusion wrt the string freeze
break, and there are a few new strings in sugar (project: glucose
8.2). I'm trying to figure out exactly what caused this confusion, but
it would be awesome if you can possibly update your translations and
commit.
