[Localization] Arabic Font Needed ASAP

Hi Michael and Sayamindu,

We want to build a signed release candidate ASAP and I want to make sure 
we get the new Arabic font in.

The bug tracking this is: http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/8221

Its in state add to build. Can we get that included right away so it 
makes the Release Candidate?

BTW I recruited some new Arabic testers and they can't do an effective 
test with the current font. If we can get the new font in place for this 
build we will have a chance to do a solid final test between the release 
candidate and release.
