[Localization] Rights for Marathi Langauge

Hi,

I am Dipesh collague of Amit Gogna, i am working for OLPC India team with
him.

I have been looking after localizing Marathi langauge for a while now but
this i have been doing by the ID of one of my other collague Rupali.

So, i would be glad if you can give same rights to my ID too.
my id is DIPESH007.

And also i would like to know to if i can administer Marathi langauge.
