[Localization] TurtleArt images localization in French

Hmmm, very strange.  Existing files are very similar to mine !
Someone else seems to have already localized images (thought I think my localization is better...).
Anyway these French files are not deployed in the TurtleArt bundle (including in the last TurtleArt-9 version). I guess there is a problem on the TurtleArt build script ?
