[Localization] TurtleArt images localization in French

This file should be untar in the directory "/usr/share/activities/TurtleArt.activity/images" for example using the command:

        sudo tar xvf turtleart_images_fr.tar

It create a new subdirectory "fr" in the "images" directory.
