[Localization] plaintext for g1g1

We should make plaintext versions of key pages.  I often find myself
cutting and pasting wikitext into emails and other places, which tends
to lose some of the punch and link organization... I took a stab at
this for the g1g1 page.  The localization / educators / participate
pages might want something similar (for a subset of those pages, since
they are too long for email)
