[Localization] Admin: Remove el.po from https://dev.laptop.org/translate/el/act_server/index.html

Hi,
I updated a translation with offline tools and I put by accident an 
extra file on Pootle.

Could you please remove from
https://dev.laptop.org/translate/el/act_server/index.html
the file named "el.po";
