Exactly, that's one of the goals i'm looking for. Idealy, that
customization wouldn't apply to country-level only, Colombian cultural
richness is thanks to more than 90 ethnic groups, some of them have big
differences between eatch other. I have already the experience of a 
rejection of software by one of this group, because it had elements of 
another one.

Well, the first question would be if there are some issues already 
identified around this. Maybe directionality (no only in texts, but in
all the interface), iconography, time/space concepts, interaction
between individuals, etc?

Zoom metaphor uses truly a great concept, do you have info about how it
was conceived?
