[Localization] Bad Gate way Still occuring!!

This is very strange. I tried to access the exact URL
(https://dev.laptop.org/translate/fa_AF/etoys/etoys.po?translate=1&searchtext=)
as shown in the screenshot, and it works perfectly for me.
Could anyone else try to reproduce this ?
