[Localization] Activity sheet always in english

Hi Sayamindu,

Sorry to insist but: are you sure of the build number (693) ?
Latest referenced build on http://wiki.laptop.org/go/OS_images is 691.
Build 693 appears neither to be stable, neither to be released candidate so it's difficult to have a look on it on a VM or on a XO, or on a live CD.
May be I missed something ?
