[Localization] Czech, Ukrainian errors on Pootle: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'split'

Now I can enter into Ukrainian translation but seems I have not rights
for submitting my changes.
When I edit a sentance I see only buttons "Skip" and "Back" and
nothing like "Save".
