[Localization] [Announce] New strings are in

Hello,
Some new strings have been added to sugar in XO Core (this was added
earlier - but I forgot that I'll need to merge with the new POT
files). Please translate that if you can. And always remember to
commit your files as soon as parts of them are done (I would suggest
following the Release Early, Release Often[1] principle when it comes
to commits).
