[Localization] [Proposal] Extending the USB key customization

This seems like a good idea, but it would be nice if there were some  
provision for uninstalling these files if/when the corresponding  
activity and/or language support is updated/uninstalled/whatever.   
Full-blown RPMs might be overkill, but without some tracking it seems  
that over time this will leave some leftover crumbs.
