Etoys has drawing tools, and a character recognizer for writing. It's
invoked by Ctrl-R which currently is grabbed by Sugar so it is not
accessible. It's also rather simplistic, there is a much better one
available for Etoys (called "Genie"), but this is not currently
shipped on the XO. If there is interest (and the tablet mode is fixed
to actually work with a pen) we might decide to inclide it.
I don't think localization was considered in these recognizers, they
are character-based (like Graffiti) and have to be trained.
