[Localization] Pootle showing wrong links

Hello,
If I navigate directly to: https://dev.laptop.org/translate/bg
Pootle will fail to generate the correct links for the projects under 
this language, e.g. Xo - Bundled will be:
https://dev.laptop.org/translate/xo_bundled/
which shows a white page.

If I navigate using the "All languages->Bulgarian" menu the language 
code (bg) gets included in the URLs. Can someone fix this?
