[Localization] [Announce] Etoys translation project

Hi all,

I have added Etoys[1] to Pootle as a seperate project, accessible via
https://dev.laptop.org/translate/projects/etoys/

I have only added the languages that have considerable activity in
Pootle - if you want to translate Etoys and find that
https://dev.laptop.org/translate/projects/etoys/ does not list your
language, please let me know (with your Pootle username), and I'll add
the language for you.

I have migrated the permissions from XO Core, so if you are the admin
for your language in XO Core, you'll have admin rights in Etoys as
well.
