[Localization] Catalan: new language

      Hi all,

my name is Jaume Nualart, I'm a member of olpc-austria. I'm from 
Catalonia, but living in Austria.
I wanted to iniciate the Catalan translation for XO. Also some people in 
Catalonia is starting to talk about a new olpc-catalonia.

I'm not sure what I should do to start translating and coordinating this 
new version.
By the moment I went to

but when I try to register i get this error:

'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 23: ordinal not in 
range(128)

Any suggestions?
