[Localization] OLPC Dari Weblog new URLs

Salam,
  I had changed the URL of the OLPC Dari weblog to these two new urls:
  http://www.olpcafg.tk
  &
  http://www.olpcafghanistan.tk
   
  You can get access to the weblog via the old URL; http://www.olpc.blogsky.com as well, but for the longness purposses of the URL name i had tried to shorten its name.
