[Localization] Romanian localization

The plural formula is OK. and is the one implemented in gettext. 

If I look in this file:

I have the folowing strings.

#: misc.py:77
#, python-format
msgid "%d day"
msgstr "%d zi"

#: misc.py:77
#, python-format
msgid "%d days"
msgstr "%d zile"


----
instead of msgstr[X] there is only msgstr.


I don't know if it is a bug or I'm not correctly using pootle.
