[Localization] A couple of announcements

Hello all,
I have added ImageViewer and Jukebox to the project Fructose, thus
reflecting the module list for the upcoming 0.84 release of Sugar. I
will be adding TurtleArt by the end of this week.

Also, there is going to be a new 8.2.1 release very soon, with special
focus on the sugar-control-panel activity updater. If you can
translate it, please do so as soon as possible, and if you have
already done the translation, and have bits and pieces left, it would
be awesome if you can cover the missing bits. Don't forget to commit
your work[1] :-)
